Lucy's hair cut

We recently got Lucy's hair cut for the first time ever. It was just getting to ratty in the back and the mullet... well I thought it was cute but Christina kept bugging me so I caved. All her pretty baby curls got cut off and we're pretty sure they won't be coming back. Makes me a little sad inside I'll be honest but she's still a little cutie.

A little Update

It has been a while but I feel like I have been running a million miles an hour. I don't really have time right now but I'm ignoring the kids since nothing is being broken...yet! So Isaac is into any kind of electronics game. Our wii broke and was away for about a month getting fixed and I think I liked him better when we didn't have it! Ha Ha. He's a sore loser at 4 but we're working on it slowly but surely. He is ever so helpful with Lucy and keeping her entertained though. I love to watch them play together. Mostly cause Lucy has no idea what they are playing but she goes a long with anything Isaac wants to do. Lucy is a pill and a half at 2 1/2 years. Last week her thing was climbing up on the sink and putting tooth paste all over the wall. I caught her at it three times! But she's so happy go lucky and has this smile that will melt your heart it makes it all worth while in the end. Lilli is like her sister just so happy with life. She just got weighed at she's only 13 1/2 pounds at five months. I love that she is staying a little girl. She rolls over occasionally when she really wants that elusive toy. I watch Jasper (Christina's son) during the day too. He's the same age as Lilli so its like having twins. Watching the two babies play and learn together is so much fun. They go after the same toy all the time. Jasper is bigger and stronger but when Lil gets a grip on it watch out. Its a good tug of war. So just putting up some random pics of the kids so you can all see them growing.

Halloween

finally some pics of the kids. Isaac is Mario and Lucy is a black ninja! (That's what Isaac called it). It was hard to get them to stand still for the pics cause we were just getting ready to do the trunk or treat at the church so they were pretty excited.

Lillian Joy

Finally some pics of our newest little addition to the family. We waited till she was born to find out the sex and I was very surprised to have a girl. I was sure it would be another boy. But we love her. She keeps me up all night so adjusting has been a challenge. The other kids can't get enough of her. Lucy can't be left alone with her or she picks her up and walks away with her which has caused quite a few panicked moments so now one of them always goes with me when I'm doing something.

Prom 2009

As YW Pres i'm "lucky" to get to go to most of the youth stake activities but this one I actually was excited about doing! I made Dan take me to their semi formal. Its our first date since Twilight came out. I know right! Its been too long. Christina and Matt babysat which was great cause the kids just love them so I didn't have to worry about that. It was so much fun to dress up a little and go dancing with my honey. Christina provided the wardrobe cause she's got all the cute maternity clothes and new cute shoes!!! We went over to my parents before leaving and did some pics just like it was prom night. Too too fun. Alas...we were at a youth activity so our young men had to act like idiots of course which put a damper on the whole evening but other than that is was a great time.

Lucy Elaine

Lucy is my little girl in every sense of the word. She loves to play with baby dolls. I think its her favorite toys ever. She has a doll swing and bed and many babies to put in them and love. She's very protective of them. She's also starting to be a little bossy pants. Anytime I give isaac instructions she has to yell them at him over and over. Especially during prayer. I can't remember the last time we had it without Lucy yelling Isaac prayer the whole time! She's talking up a storm and into absolutely everything that isn't nailed down. She keeps me busy.
